Our open garden days

We open in October each year for Iris flowering and in December for Dayliliy flowering.  For 2025 we will open daily from the 11th October to the 3rd November (10 am to 4 pm). We may open other days by appointment. We will open for daylilies on the weekend of Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th of December 2025 and throughout the summer by appointment.

We sincerely hope visitors are continue to be COVID safe even though the restrictions have been lifted. My Mum is 93 this October and I must protect her. Please do not come if you are unwell with the flu or Covid symptoms.

NOTE: If you are particularly interested in the dwarfs they will be in full bloom earlier than our open days - please call to arrange a visit earlier in October.

I would love to show you around other times however I still work full time off-farm so I can only show you around if you have made an appointment. There is a nominal one-off entry fee of $10 per family deducted of your first order - returning customers and their guests are exempt by showing their loyalty card.

We have approximately 200 daylilies which flower over summer starting just as the irises finish flowering in early November. 

We have morning and afternoon teas available by donation with money raised for our favourite charities each year - Enjoy!!  

If you are visiting and have food allergies and hoping to have teas please let us know so we can cater for your needs.

Our charities

If things go to plan we will provide morning / afternoon teas (by donation) on the weekends and during the week if you let us know. 

This is our way of supporting important charities and this year my Mum has chosen once again to support the "Adopt a Koala" program at the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital.

• 2014 we raised $140 for Relay for Life and Beyond Blue
• 2015 we raised almost $600 for the Riverina Referral Hospital Emergency Dept & ICU
• 2016 we raised $1200 and have purchased equipment for Cardiac rehab
• 2017 we raised $600 divided between the hospital and the Ambulance Service.
• 2018 and 2019 we raised $1010 each year for the buy a bale appeal.
• 2020/21 Small donations for the Koala Hospial as we couldn't provide morning teas.
• 2022-2025  Donations for the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital
